Our Story

From Coorg to Paddington

Paddington began in September 2016, inspired by a story that connects two places: the coffee hills of Coorg and a platform in West London.

The name was drawn from Paddington Station, which marked an important chapter in our founder's journey. The hospitality was drawn from Coorg — its warmth, its table, its unhurried mornings in the mist.

What began as a single restaurant has grown into a house of restaurants, hotels and resort destinations across South India, built on thoughtful design, comfort, and service that is felt rather than performed.
